やはりここでも有名人の両親を持つことがついてまわってます。
《ダブルドラゴン》公開時のインタビューです。まずは大きな文字部分をピックアップ（笑）

※１　スタントマンを使わないというマーク。いつも瑕だらけだったとか。
※２　Dragstrip Girlの撮影期間中のある夜、撮影が終わった後に車のサンルーフをオープンにしてロックミュージックをかけたら、急に気分が高揚したという思い出話も。その後、「あれはマーク、お前じゃなかった、あれはJohnnyだったんだ」と我に返ったというエピソードもありました。

マークはValley College(Van Nuys, California) で教養課程を学び、中国語とドラマwをPortland州立大学で学んだとのこと。
Universal Studio のコナンショーを5年間に週に20回やっていた時は、毎回違ったパフォーマンスのために新鮮なアプローチを常に見つけ、それが今とても良い訓練になったようです。

あとは、Only The Strongでカポエイラを２ヶ月で習得した時の話とか。マークの負けず嫌いなところや、不敵な所もちょっと覗かせてくれました。

Dacascos says he felt pressure to perform well in competition, and he claims his opponents were more determined to beat him because of who he was.
"When I had the name 'Dacascos' on my back, they wanted to kill me," he remarks. "But it was fun".

近頃の穏やかなマークからすると案外意外な感じもしますが、なんせ10年前の30歳の頃の話です。頼もしい〜！　男気にまた惚れ直しそうです。
